When done, the upstairs included two nice bedrooms and a full bath with skylight. |

When done the home has room for an active family. The footprint of the original school house can be seen in the middle.
Lots of windows, a shady front porch for summer afternoons and dry entry in rain or snow. A privacy panel fronts the covered portion of the pool deck and great room sliding glass doors. |

Why not add a barn for goats, rabbits, and eventually a horse or two?
Two dormers on both the east and west make the 2nd floor a perfect, well ventilated, play/party room for both kids and adults as well as hay, straw & feed storage |
